Thomas Development Co., Northwest Integrity Housing Co. (NIHC) and Pacific West Communities are the local developers of New Path Community Housing, a plan underway in Boise, Idaho to address the chronically homeless. The 40 unit complex will be built at 2200 W Fairview Ave., former site of the Twin Dragon Restaurant in Boise's West End. The facility will include space for supportive services unique to the needs of the residents. The developers have extensive backgrounds in constructing, maintaining and operating affordable multi-family housing through sustainable building practices.
