TSMI has been serving the aerospace industry as a second-tier subcontractor since 1980. Offering only CNC turning in our early days, we have continually added other machining capabilities in order to provide one-stop shopping for many aerospace parts. We now offer CNC milling, gundrilling, honing, CNC grinding, and wire EDM. We have an extensive quality control department, including a Zeiss Accura coordinate measuring machine that features programmable five-axis control as well as scanning capability. We have been using an integrated computer-based production control system since 1991. This assures proper document control, efficient updating and archiving of manufacturing process information, and tracking of all jobs and shop operations. Proper back-ups are also maintained on and off-site. We are proud to offer a broad array of services to the aerospace community. We strive to better serve our customers by offering additional value-added services such as material supply, heat treat, and other processing to deliver complete parts to our customer. Our excellent quality and adherence to delivery schedules are attested to by the fact that some of our current customers have been with us for 25 years.
