TMC has in place project managers with 30+ years of experience that follow quality control plans developed from providing service to many government agencies. With the equipment and management personal, TMC is able to feed up to 15,000 meals per day. TMC has the capability to deliver, manage and operate a full service food operation anywhere in the continental United States.
