Russ Palmer began Floodpro in 1998 where he specialized strictly in structural drying. He became one of the region's experts in top-down drying. Many other restoration companies and insurance companies come to him for his expertise on large losses. In 2005, he bought Titan Restoration and became a full service restoration company, handling everything from small water losses to large commercial fires. With over 80 years of combined industry experience, our team of estimators, superintendents, and flood technicians are some of the best in the industry. All of the emergency service jobs will be handled strictly by Titan Restoration of Arizona's trained and certified technicians. We have a wide range of equipment that includes several desiccants, 3 thermobile heating units, 3 ozone machines, 30 hepafilters, 700 fans, and 100 dehumidifiers. This means we can handle any size of loss and are often called upon to assist others in large commercial losses because of our experience, expertise, and equipment inventory. In addition to floods, we restore structures with all kinds of damage, including fire, wind and hail.
