Titan Steel Wheels is a member of the Titan International Group www.titan-intl.com which is a worldwide manufacturer of wheels, tyres, brakes and idlers for construction, industrial and agricultural industries. With seven plants in the US and six across Europe, Titan produces the widest range of wheels in the world from 4" to 63". Additional facilities include a manufacturing and distribution centre in Australia and part ownership of a major wheel manufacturer in India. Titan Steel Wheels' technology is firmly established within the construction industry. Our range of construction wheels are used on heavy duty mobile cranes, wheeled loaders and both rigid and articulated dump trucks. 80% of our sales are exported worldwide direct from our factory in Cookley into mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Africa, Australia and the far East. As a customer focused and process-oriented company, no other wheel manufacturer can match our expertise, capability, quality and design. By working strategically with our customers, we have created an international reputation for improving the quality of current designs and researching new technology to develop new products. On-site manufacturing facilities include advanced production machinery and instruments such as CAM, microprocessor control, plasma cutting and robotic welding which are intrinsic to Steel Wheels production methods. All wheels are finished with e-coat and two-pack paint technology to ensure long life. This process gives the best aesthetic presentation of the wheel and the highest quality due to a resistance against atmospheric corrosion. Plant and machinery are continually updated and recent capital investment has included a 5000 tonne press, additional CNC capacity, laser guided welding technology and computerised laser measurement. Manufacturing capabilities are backed by the best wheel engineers, multi-lingual Customer Services department and dedicated sales team all ensuring that components are manufactured to the highest standards and delivered on time.
