T.L. Connections

In December, 2007, T. L. Connections was established and incorporated. The doors opened for a home care company envisioned and created by two nurses with a quest for quality specialized infusion care. Tracy Glynn and Laurie Smith (T. L.) began T. L. Connections, Inc. after twenty years of working together as nurses at Children's Hospital, Boston and then as infusion specialists in the home care arena. Our vision includes compassionate patient service and unburdened transitional patient care from the hospital to the home. It is our goal to provide connections between all medical professional caring for the patient using a collaborative team approach. Upmost patient advocacy, support and education are at the forefront of our practice. We promote confidence and hope in otherwise acutely and chronically ill persons by providing excellent nursing infusion care. We are experienced care takers for the newborn infant, child, adolescent, adult and elderly populations. Our coverage area includes eastern to central Massachusetts including Cape Cod and the islands, as well as Rhode Island, Southern New Hampshire, and Southern Maine.
