TMC

TMC Inc was established in 1978 and incorporated in 1985. Privately owned and operated by President Tim McGourty, TMC Inc is able to mobilize, adequately staff and equip projects of varying size and complexity. We pride ourselves on our ability to support our client's individual schedule and site limitations. TMC Inc has invested our resources in our manpower and equipment to ensure that our client's needs and expectations are supported. TMC's foremen are trained in current OSHA safety guidelines for job site safety and hazard prevention. Quite simply safety is our top priority--without question. All of our foremen have the authority and responsibility to ensure that safety regulations are communicated and maintained. We know that our work force is our most valuable asset. All TMC Inc foremen are able to perform complex layout from established control points and design documents. The accurate placement of embedded steel items has a direct impact on a project's success or failure. We assume responsibility for our accuracy and stand by our work without hesitation. Of prime importance to our clients is schedule. Invariably the masonry is a critical path consideration often directly impacting structural steel placement. Clearly the relationship between production rates and the quality of scaffold and material handling equipment can not be diminished. Therefore, TMC has invested heavily in state of the art hydraulic scaffold systems, which allow us to scaffold entire facilities raising our work platform as our placement continues without constructing additional work platforms. In addition TMC utilizes premixed mortar, we pump all of our own grout, and have a fleet of equipment handling devices all of which support our clients ability to make schedule.
