The company employs 60 people and has numerous partners and contracting authorities across the globe. Toci is an acronym of the words Trustworthy, Operative, Competitive, and Innovative. These are the principles guiding our day-to-day activities. Our employees have long-term experience in the processing industry, ensuring persistent know-how and a high level of quality at the company. We also support lifelong learning - our aim is to ensure the constant development of our employees' professional skills with the help of various trainings and courses. Toci has been cooperating with the Tartu Vocational Education Centre for years, helping to train a new generation of welders, metal-workers, and skilled personnel. We also cooperate with Estonia's largest universities in the fields of product development and product control. We have invested in modern equipment and working conditions, thanks to which we can offer a faster and higher-quality service for our clients. We value the health and well-being of our employees.
