Tonga Airports

Tonga Airports Limited was established on July 2nd 2007, under the governing legislation of the Public Enterprises Act 2002, and the authority granted by the Instrument of Delegation under section 5 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990. TAL operates the 6 airports of Tonga, and is held accountable to the standards and regulations of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, to New Zealand Civil Aviation laws and the International Civil Aviation Organization guidelines. It is a member of the Airports Council International.
