TKEL established a representative office in Shenzhen, PRC since 2006, which is principally engaging in the business liaison for and on behalf of TKEL. TKEL is a multi-disciplinary contractor offering its services mainly to the construction industry and is on the Registers of the Buildings Department (BD) as General Building Contractor (GBC); Minor Works Contractor (MWC) in Class I, II and III of all Types and Specialist Contractor (Demolition Works) (SC(D)) under the Buildings Ordinance. In addition, TKEL is registered as Electrical Contractor and has been on the Register of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD) under the Electricity (Registration) Regulations.
