To Wellness was founded in 2009 to help adults and children enjoy the benefits of fun and customized exercise programs. As the years passed, the focus shifted towards aquatic fitness and therapeutic sessions as more clients requested these services for various ailments and difficulties. Our new vision therefore is to assist clients of any age maintain or improve their physical abilities in order to enjoy their favourite activities and be functional in their daily lives. Even while in a therapeutic program, we hope to continue to transform physical activity into something you look forward to doing every day. Our mission is to provide effective aquatic rehabilitative sessions to help every individual on their path To Wellness.
