TPSi was founded in 2000 as a technical staffing firm ("Technical Personnel Staffing, Inc".) specializing in IT resources. After staffing multiple engagements with DBAs we gradually focused more and more on the DBA specialty - and by 2006 TPSi was only engaged in database administration support staffing. n 2008 the company added the key components to shift to the complete managed service offering that today represents our only line of business. We are proud of the peope that have joined us on our journey - senior level DBAs with many years of experience working together to provide exceptional service. hile other managed service businesses have turned to offshore resources to lower the cost of providing services we have held steadfast that U.S.-based personnel minimize communication problems and reduce compliance concerns.
