With over 100 residential accommodation units ranging from bedsits to houses, the vast majority is located in the DN1 area, which is within 5 minutes walk from our office. This allows a more intimate relationship with our tenants and also means that repairs can be quickly assessed and corrected. You may be surprised that we do not have as many empty properties as other agencies available, but this is simply because when ours become available they are turned around quickly to a very high standard and offered at a low rent.
