Fruit Advantage utilizes a third-party analytical laboratory as well as a third-party microbiological laboratory. The laboratories we utilize employ various testing equipment such as: ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma- Atomic Emission Spectroscopy) for use of testing compositional mineral quantities within our products with accuracy to PPM levels. ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma- Mass Spectroscopy) analyzers for use of testing compositional heavy metal quantities with accuracy up to PPB levels. HPLC (High Pressure Liquid Chromatography) which has many uses some of which are testing the organic acids in some of our products. In addition, many other methods are utilized to assist our ability to provide the highest quality of products to our customers.
