We are committed to food safety, customer safety, and staff safety. Here are some of the things that we are doing to ensure each of those things: 1) We will be operating at 50% capacity to allow proper social distancing. 2) We will be continuing our preexisting personal hygienic habits as well as adding additional protocol including checking the temperature of every staff member before their shift and having each staff member wear gloves and masks while serving and preparing food. 3) We will be continuing our preexisting sanitation habits as well as adding additional protocol such as sanitizing restrooms after each use and implementing a seating rotation that allows a deeper clean of each table before it is used again. 4) We are requesting that all those that feel generally unwell stay home. 5) We are requiring patrons to maintain a minimum of a 6-foot distance from others. 6) We ask that everyone sneezes or coughs into a cloth or tissue. 7) We ask for everyone to refrain from shaking hands or engaging in any unnecessary physical contact while at our establishment. We believe that in implementing the above practices, that we can provide a safe, fun, and enjoyable environment for all who enter our restaurant. There are a few very practical ways in which we hope to make those things possible: 1) We will utilize only 50% of our tables. 2) We will open every day at 11:30 A.M. for dine-in and carry-out.
