Trenergy
Trenergy Inc. was established in 1997 in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. For 11 years prior to that, the plant was owned and operated by a major boiler manufacturer, and at its peak, the plant employed 600 people. Because it was taken over by existing management and maintained all of the existing employees, Trenergy was established with the unique advantage of having fully experienced personnel on day one. In July of 2008 the ownership of Trenergy was taken over by a joint partnership of two local area investors, both with complimentary manufacturing shops in the Niagara Peninsula. Since 1997, many improvements have been made to the facility and systems to maintain relevance with codes & practices in the industry. These include modernizing the office building, establishing Project Team, adding Product Detailing Capabilities and increasing, and upgrading plant equipment to include Panelizing, ENC Drum Drilling, and tubular coil product manufacturing capabilities.
