We use a centrifuge-process to extract the oil and there are never any chemicals used in the refinement of our oils. Our products are certified organic by BioAgriCert and are USDA Organic. In addition our products are Allergen Free, Gluten Free and GMO Free and certain products are Kosher as certified by KDM. Coconut oil is a healthy direct replacement for cooking oils and has a high smoke point meaning it is less likely to burn at normal cooking temperatures. It can also be substituted in most recipes as direct 1-1 oil replacement. In addition to its value in cooking coconut oil has many emerging uses in the health and beauty field.
