Conor Lowery was born and raised in the insulated panel manufacturing industry. Conors grandfather, Bill Lowery, Sr., was a pioneer in utilizing polyurethane technology in the manufacture of composite panels and would go on to cofound what is currently known as Metl- Span. Conors grandfather and father (Bill Lowery, Jr.) have founded and operated three insulated panel manufacturing companies going back to the 1970s. Conor worked at All Weather Insulated Panels for nine years performing numerous roles in both operations and sales capacities. He served as the National Cold Storage Sales Manager from 2016- 2018. Before cofounding TrueCore, Conor joined SIS in 2018, serving as Vice President of Sales. In 1992, Sara founded Interior Specialties, Inc., a distributor of FRP and other USDA- approved products in the greater Chicago area, selling to restaurant, cold storage and specialty contractors. In 1997, she purchased Southeast Insulators Supply (SIS), a now-38-year old manufacturers representative firm that has supplied insulated metal wall and roof panels, floor and roof insulation, cold storage/specialty doors, and sealants to the nations best low-temp industry contractors, where she and her team helped grow SIS from representing products in six (6) southeastern states to exclusive product representation in 37+ states. She prides herself and her companies on building authentic partnerships with customers and vendors and is known for instilling in her teams a desire to deliver best-in-class quality and service, while operating within a non- negotiable culture of honesty, integrity, and ethics.
