Since then, HEROtsc has expanded quickly to create nine contact centres throughout UK, bringing employment to rural communities. In 2005, HEROtsc moved into England with the acquisition of it's Dearne Valley operation. In 2007 TSC was acquired by the HERO group and together with its modern contact and business outsourcing centre in Gurgaon, near New Delhi, India, we now provide a variety of voice and BPO services to India, the USA, Australia as well as the UK markets. In 2010 HEROtsc further expanded it operations by opening its eighth centre in Warrington. Following by the opening of the nineth contact centre in Derby in 2012.
