Tiger Schulmann's Kickboxing

Founded by Tiger Schulmann himself, we first began offering a variety of martial arts classes to men, women and children of all ages in 1984. The primary focus was karate, but with kickboxing and mixed martial arts added in. After achieving great success in his personal life, Tiger devoted himself to giving back by teaching others about the art that he had so thoroughly mastered. As a result, we made providing top of the line training our number one priority, and designed several different programs that would help each participant build confidence, achieve great levels of physical fitness and develop a solid foundation that carries them through life. With 48 locations throughout the East Coast, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and Florida, we welcome individuals of all skill levels to partake in our programs. For children, we have created an environment that teaches self-discipline and how to set and achieve goals while offering them the opportunity to experience what it feels like to develop a great sense of accomplishment. For adults, we focus on physical fitness by introducing them to strategic routines and techniques that improve strength, flexibility, endurance and more. At our various locations, programs include (but are not limited to), kickboxing, mixed martial arts and kid's karate.
