Tropical Texas Behavioral Health

Tropical Texas Behavioral Health, founded in 1967, is a mental health community center that deliver health services to the Rio Grande Valley. TTBH provides evidence-based services to low income and uninsured residents diagnosed with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), substance use disorders, and chronic medical illnesses. TTBH is headquartered in Edinburg, Texas.
