The Treatment and Learning Centers

TLC is a nonprofit organization that offers a wide range of educational, therapeutic and vocational services for persons of all ages with disabilities. Among its specialties are early intervention services that are critical in diagnosing and addressing developmental delays, learning disabilities, hearing loss, autism, and other conditions that interfere with learning in the early stages.
