"After recently purchasing the Sage People, we engaged with Tugela to help us implement the system. Aerium has a lean HR department, hence Tugela used a very active implementation approach and project management skills to configure and implement the system. This approach and the combined knowledge of the Tugela team meant that Aerium could leverage a pool of expertise to speed up the implementation and reduce our costs. The Tugela team were professional, flexible and extremely easy to work with. Their extensive knowledge and technical skills have allowed us to customise the system to meet our needs. They worked with us diligently to resolve our problems, met deadlines and maintained a sense of humour under pressure.
