TMI offers complete range of services including all types of fabriacation works, ferrous and non ferrous casting, with mill certifcates and welding in all types of materials from cast iron through to specialized alloys and even plastics. We have received ISO 9001-2000 certification from TUV, Germany in January 2004. The company is specialized in the Casting industry using its own furnaces that consist of: Electric Induction Furnace Rotary Furnace Pit Furnace TMI produces its own dies and molds and is able to design and produce tailor made casting of up to 500 kg. stainless steel, 500 kg in brass, copper and cast iron and 1000 kgs of aluminium. TMI has a fully equipped Auto shop to provide services for overhauling engines, which includes facilities such as crankshaft polishing, valve facing, honing, cylinder boring etc. With its fully equipped machine shop, TMI produces and supplies different types of gears as per the customer's requirement. The types of gears includes Helical gears, Spur gears, Chain Sprocket gears, Shaft gears, pulleys etc. In addition we also supply Skilled Machinists to operate on site as sub-contract. With its multi-skilled and flexible workforce, TMI is able to offer full shutdown maintenance facilities as well as general maintenance and manpower services. TMI is capable of executing Gas pipeline installations. Additionally, the company has executed many projects in Private & Public Sector in Bahrain. The list includes such companies as ALBA, GIIC, GPIC, BAPCO, Banoco, Banagas, Bectel - Levlin, ASRY, ABB Sadelmi, Fisia Italimpianti to name a few.
