TUSP was formed in July 2000. Initially we focused on project and programme management but in the intervening years our consultancy activities have evolved and broadened, something that has largely been client driven. Often we will manage a project for a client and they will ask us if we can help in other areas. At heart though, those sound project management disciplines have underpinned all that we do. Quietly, we have built a solid reputation; the prestigious nature of our client list is something of which we are justifiably proud. We have found that the skill sets available from our people have enabled us to tackle issues in a wide variety of sectors and business activities. Typically we will compliment the client's industry knowledge with our own specialist business disciplines. Change is a genuinely positive experience with TUSP.
