We are a leading Canadian manufacturer of custom-fit all-weather car mats in Toronto, Ontario providing best-in-class car mats for 500+ models across the entire range of SUV's, sedans, premium brands and electric vehicles. Product management, research & development, warehousing and fulfillment operations are conducted locally in Toronto, our distribution model supports both private label dropshipping and stocking programs for our wholesale partners. Our in-house design team utilizes the latest technology in Laser Scanning to capture vehicle data in order to begin the design process. Visualizing the data in 3D software, a mold is developed and fitted to match each section of the cabin. Prototypes are then created and the fitment is verified with a 41 point quality inspection. Testing mats to actual vehicles, we ensure coverage extends to the allowable maximum without compromising on safety. We go through this level of detail for each and every vehicle model to ensure the best fit, form and function of the final product.
