The Woodlands Christian Academy is proud to serve our students fresh, carefully selected lunches prepared on site each day in our Warrior Cafe by our Food Service Director, Sean Smith and his staff. Chef Sean has nearly twenty years of experience in the food service industry having worked in upscale restaurants, healthcare facilities and NASA. He is skilled in cuisines from around the world and is knowledgeable on the subject of the health and nutrition needs of both children and adults. Assisting Chef Sean in daily meal preparation are veteran team members Nicole Livezey, sous chef and Jasmine Munoz, cold food chef. The team is pleased to welcome Sheery Boggs as their newest member. The Warrior Cafe uses the highest quality food products from Texas based suppliers Ben E. Keith and Hardie's Produce. Both of these companies offer locally sourced products including the organic, locally grown produce which is used in the Warrior Cafe. The meats and poultry purchased by the cafe are raised in Texas and Nebraska. What does all of this mean for our students? The freshest, most healthy food that we can provide! Students are offered a variety of options for lunch. Each day they may select a main hot entree with side dishes, a grill or deli sandwich and, for our younger students, a special hot entree prepared with their tastes in mind. There are also on the go options which include sandwiches, meat and cheese snack boxes, and fruit cups. In addition, the Warrior Cafe offers a full salad and soup bar.
