T.Worx Ventures LLC (TWV) is a subsidiary of Prototype Productions, Inc. (PPI), a high tech engineering, manufacturing and technology development company serving industrial, medical, consumer and defense customers around the world. PPI created T Worx Ventures in 2010 to commercialize intellectual property and products developed by PPI and its partners. Many of the company's products are the end result of a SBIR (Small Business Innovative Research) contracts, entrepreneurial ideas/designs or corporate joint ventures. Because TWV and PPI operate in many industries including defense, IT/software, biomedical and manufacturing - the product, technology and services offer diversification and can attract higher returns for the accredited investor.
