Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (Autonomous University of Nuevo León), was established September 25, 1933. It is the third largest school in the country of Mexico. The university offers the highest number of academic programs. It is also the oldest university in the state of Nuevo Leon, it is currently headquartered in San Nicolás de los Garza, a suburb of Monterrey.
