Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí

The Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí (UASLP) is a public institution dedicated to form professionals, researchers, humanists, and academic professionals compromised with the development of the state and the country. The UASLP population has reached 32 thousands persons. The UASLP offers 65 Bachelor's Programs, 32 of them credited by the National Council of Superior Education. In the Bachelor's Program there are 20.200 students distributed in 13 faculties and three multidisciplinary academic units. In the graduated level, there are 70 programs, 36 of them recognized as Quality National Programs. Until date, 1.800 students have been obtained their MSc or PhD degree. At least 600 professors do research and teaching activities in the 15 institutes and research centers; 30% of them are members of the Researcher's National Systems.
