United Business Systems was founded in 1983 by Wayne Kerling, along with his brother Ronald Kerling and partner Robert Richter. Over the 35+ years of building the business through strong family values and exceptional customer service, Wayne passed along those values and everyday operations to his four children. Since then, UBS has become a third-generation company with over 40 employees. Today, UBS is the local leader in providing businesses of all sizes with office printers, copiers, software solutions, and top-notch services.
