Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica

Universal Capital Bank AD Podgorica was established in 2007. The Bank was awarded a license by the Central Bank of Montenegro on 12 July 2007, according to Decision No. 0101-2933/3-2. At the beginning of operations, the Bank was mainly focusing on business customers. During 2012, it expanded the scope of services and commenced engaging in personal banking to a more significant degree. The Bank received a permit for brokerage, dealership and custody operations reaching the full service to investment needs of its clients. The Bank opened a branch office in Dubai on 21 April 2016 being the first local bank in the region able to accomplish such geographical expansion, seeking to further promote Montenegro as a preferred investment destination.
