UCS was founded to promote the liberal scholarship and education. To that end, we aim to provide a broad and rich academic curriculum and wide range of subject choices. This allows pupils to keep options open for as long as possible, as well the ability for focused subject specialisms when appropriate. Our subject content stretches, challenges and engages highly able students as well as promoting British values. We support this with a wide programme of sporting, artistic and extra-curricular activities detailed in the academic pages in this section.
