United Energy Pakistan

United Energy Pakistan Limited (UEP) assumed control of its Pakistan portfolio when it acquired the oil and gas exploration and production business of BP Pakistan Exploration and Production Inc. in 2011. UEP is a subsidiary of United Energy Group - a Hong Kong listed company engaged in hydrocarbon exploration and production. UEP focuses primarily on oil and gas exploration and production, taking care of the whole process, from the first assessment of the site to the first production of oil and gas. All UEP operations are based in the province of Sindh with the concession acreage spanning across multiple districts. Besides its upstream portfolio, UEP continues to explore other avenues for growth, which includes its venture into Alternative Energy.
