Ultimate Wellness is led by Mark Greenwood, PT, NCTMB, CSCS, YFS. Mark is a unique health care professional and is recognized as one of the premier wellness consultants in the Philadelphia area. He is a licensed physical therapist, a nationally certified massage therapist, and a nationally certified strength and conditioning specialist. Mark is also one of a select group of people recognized by the International Youth Conditioning Association as a Youth Fitness Specialist. With over 30 years combined experience in the wellness field, Mark has acquired a unique set of skills, developed a vast network of healthcare professionals, and worked with a client base unmatched by any other in the Delaware Valley.
