Unity Co-operative Society is a microfinance institution which came into being on the 15th of January 2000. The institution was initiated by a group of Cameroonians of various professional backgrounds. From its humble beginning downtown Yaoundé with one sales point and two employees, the Institution has, in over ten years, been able to achieve sustainable profitability and established itself as one of the fastest growing financial institutions in the country with a total enrolment of over 100 staffs, all categories included.
