Founded in 1985, Univest is a real estate investor, developer and financial services firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. We have a history of providing comprehensive real estate services to financial institutions, investment funds, government agencies, developers and private investors across the United States and internationally. In addition to a client list which includes the FSLIC, FDIC, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs to name a few, Univest was awarded the contract in 1990 to manage the Central Loan Database of the Resolution Trust Corporation consisting of the RTC's entire portfolio of assets from failed financial institutions. Our unique approach is founded on 25 years of hands on transaction experience combined with sophisticated analytical methods to deliver practical solutions to our clients and principal activities.
