UP Rehab Services

UP Rehab Services is the rehabilitation leader across the Upper Peninsula in Physical, Aquatic, Occupational, Hand and Speech Therapy. We currently provide the most advanced, evidence-based rehabilitation to 12 Nursing Centers, 10 Outpatient Clinics and 4 Hospital Partnerships in 8 Upper Peninsula Counties. Our therapists work together as a team to provide the highest quality care to our patients.
