UpstartJobs.com is a jobs website and cloud-based applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to meet the needs of startup companies and job seekers looking for the excitement and challenges of working in a startup. Founded in 2013 and based in Edinburgh, Scotland, UpstartJobs.com strives to be the startup that helps all other startups to grow. UpstartJobs.com is currently participating in a 5 month Entrepreneurial Spark acceleration programme. Founder, Kieran O' Leary was inspired to launch UpstartJobs.com after he discovered first-hand how difficult it was to find the right startup job through mainstream jobs websites.
