US&S, founded in 2003 by then retired Naval Commander Richard Hagins, is in its 10th successful year of business in the upstate of South Carolina. The company has grown to $21 million in annual revenue, employs over 85 people, and services both federal and commercial clients across the southeastern United States. Today, the company has grown to a three-unit company providing facilities support, construction, and staff augmentation services. US&S is also classified as a Small Business Administration 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) through the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) and Minority Business Enterprise (DBE) through the Carolinas Minority Supplier Development Council (CMSDC).
