At VAI, we've made considerable investments in acquiring the latest digital technologies for design and production. We have implemented and continue to utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology for much of our design and technical production. This provides substantial bottom-line value to our clients by enhancing our abilities with Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in such areas as design visualization, discipline coordination, design team collaboration and pricing effectiveness. In short, this technology gives us an added edge in staying within budget, keeping on schedule, spotting potential problems in advance, and resolving design or functionality issues in an expeditious manner. Currently BIM is utilized on a majority of the projects we undertake.
