Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc. (formerly Valenti-Held Property Management, Inc.) was established May 1, 1984. In January 2002 the company name was changed to Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc. to better reflect the objectives and goals of our firm. Valenti Real Estate Services, Inc. is a full service real estate firm offering property management and brokerage services for commercial and apartment properties. The corporate license number is C081439337 and Principal Broker license number is PB59000467. Larry Valenti, who was our firm's founder, began his involvement in apartment and commercial Properties in 1968. Larry Valenti led all aspects of the company from its inception in 1984 until his passing in 2012. Larry practiced the basic principles of good ethics and honesty in his daily operations of the company and insisted in these same values in each employee. The company and its employees are grateful for the valued leadership, skills and abilities of Larry for over 28 years in developing the company to what is known today as a well respected leader in the industry. Mark Valenti, who is our President, has been active in property management since 1981 and joined our firm in 1984. Mark holds an Associate's degree from Indiana University. Mark continued his education to secure his real estate Broker license, Rural & Affordable Housing Executive and Basic Apartment Management certification. His current responsibilities with the firm include over site of day to day operations, acting in the capacity of licensed Principal Broker, making policy decisions as well as directing and implementing growth strategies for our firm. As Executive Officer of the Corporation, Mark takes pride in the professional expertise and reputation that has been accomplished in all facets of real estate. As a company, we are keenly aware of the financial aspect of Multi-Family and Commercial Real Estate markets. The high degree of occupancy we have achieved has enabled us to pay back investors when necessary. Professional training and company commitment to all of our employees also contributes to the overall success of our organization and the success of our client.
