Van De Pol Enterprises
Van De Pol Enterprises, Inc. is a full service petroleum jobber supplying quality petroleum products since 1959. Marvin Van De Pol started business as a consignee for Associated Oil Company ("Flying A " Brand) after running a successful trucking company for 20 years. Subsequently, he became a consignee for Philips Petroleum Co. when they acquired Associated Oil Co. in 1967. When Phillips eliminated their consignees in 1972, the business became a consignee for the Richfield Petroleum Co. The Richfield and Atlantic Petroleum Companies merged in 1977 to form Atlantic Richfield Company (ARCO). Also in 1977, Van De Pol Enterprises incorporated as a full service petroleum distributor shedding its consignee status.
