Vaniko Ltd is 100% private company which was founded on the 7th July 1992 by three young machine engineers who have been managing the company till this moment (not so young anymore). The first steps in manufacturing were taken in September 1992 in a rented workshop not bigger than 10 square meters, three machines, vast knowledge and great enthusiasm. The rich professional experience of the associates, despite their youth, show them the guidelines of development of the Company - design and manufacture of details, tools (pressforms, injection moulds, dies), machine units and whole machines made to order. As far as in 1993 Vaniko Ltd began the manufacturing of serial details for export, and in 1996 was made the first long-term contract for manufacturing details with Berchtold, Germany, and several months later with Frech Group, Germany. Since 1996 Vaniko Ltd has been an authorized distributor of SKF and from 2000 is a SKF authorized contractor. Vaniko ltd has been developing on the basis of universal equipment, specialists and 100% refinancing of the profit till 1998. After this year was set the goal to reach leading companies in metal working in Europe and in the whole world, to introduce and keep introducing always new technologies and machines.
