The core business comprises the engineering, implementation, maintenance and management of electrical and mechanical installations throughout their full life cycle. The organisation originated in 1991, has establishments in the Netherlands and Belgium, and is mainly operating in the Benelux and EMEA. Van Meer is a leading player in the maintenance and new supply of rotating equipment including electric motors, generators, gearboxes, fans and pumps. The Drives department specialises in support for frequency converters, panel assembly, drive systems and turnkey solutions. The Field Services arm works on location and provides support for activities including vibration, diagnostic, infrared and electrical measurements, and balancing, pump, fan and gearwheel inspections. Van Meer disposes of the required expertise in both electrical and mechanical drive systems. It puts all its efforts into achieving the highest level of flexibility, quality and commitment.
