Vanze Investments Limited is a limited liability organization that initialized in June of 1986 operating in the Caribbean island of Jamaica. Our principal nature is Commercial Real Estate Development & Management where we acquire prime properties and lease to private entrepreneurs and small to large corporations. Our property assets consist of shopping plazas, warehouses, land spaces, other commercial buildings and residential apartments. We are also participants in the construction industry as we provide the hiring services of heavy duty equipment (Backhoes, Bulldozers, Excavators, Dump Trucks etc.) to private builders, contractors and government agencies.
