Founded in 1974 by Michael Ahmet Senior, Varcon Constructions first traded as MS Homes Pty Ltd. Today, more than 35 years later Varcon has designed and built multi million dollars worth of homes across Victoria. A second generation, family owned and operated company, Varcon is large enough to offer you economies of scale and comprehensive resources, yet still small enough to bring a personal commitment to quality and service to every project. The value that we place on relationships, not only with our clients, but with our whole working team, can be seen in the number of second generation contractors we work with. The fathers of some of the tradespeople we work with today, worked with our Company years ago.
