All of our staff have been in the industry for at least 5 years, most starting when the company was formed. We now have an 8 strong team of field based Account Managers backed up with 3 support staff at our head Office in Caerphilly. We have adopted a no pressure attitude, we see ourselves as consultants, which in an industry based on pressure sales techniques has earned us a lot of respect compared to our competitors. Our business is organically grown by referrals from existing clients, in fact personal recommendation accounts for almost 60% of our business which is a fantastic endorsement. We are in regular contact with our clients, discussing possible enhancements to your agreement or advising of industry changes that could affect you.
