Having successfully used video to connect with the participants of large retirement plans, these advisors searched for a way to bring the advantages of video to the small and mid sized retirement plan market. Searching for an effective video solution that could be delivered to small and mid sized plan participants proved fruitless. The production complexities and costs were to high of a burden. But what if we could create a software around the production process? We started working on the process, found some super talented programmers, added in some creative video editors, and developed the solution we needed in house. The software was so successful for our own clients we decided to offer it out to the broader market. Venrollment was officially founded in 2016 by Philip J Fogli, an experienced and decorated retirement plan advisor with over 17 years in the retirement plan industry. Phil remains an active retirement plan advisor, and is a managing partner of retirement plan advisory firms Exude FRS and FRS Capital Management.
