Our Warranty Specialist's are trained to respond to your needs in a prompt, professional manner. Any product as significant and complex as a new home will require corrections and more importantly, maintenance. During the period described on your purchase contract, Verity will make warranted repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. To assist you in obtaining warranty support from Verity, we have established a few simple guidelines and will provide you with troubleshooting tips designed with our customers in mind. After the close of your home, please contact the Warranty Department with all questions, concerns, and repair requests you may have.
